Where to stay

Accommodations

Everything you need to plan your stay in Belgrade for the wedding weekend: where to book, our favourite hotels, and how to get to the venue.

Before you book

Book an Airbnb, and book it soon

For most guests, we strongly recommend an Airbnb for your stay in Belgrade. Apartments are plentiful, roomy, and usually better value than hotels, especially if you're travelling with family or friends.

Look for something central: Stari Grad (Old Town), Dorćol, or around Knez Mihailova Street. From there you can walk to most of the city and the venue is a short taxi ride away.

Please don't wait. Late June is high season in Belgrade, and prices will keep climbing as the wedding gets closer. The earlier you book, the better the choice and the price.

Hotels

Prefer a hotel? Here are our picks. Prices are estimates for the three nights of the wedding weekend for two people, and will rise closer to the date. Tap a hotel to see live prices with your dates already filled in.

Best location

In the heart of it all

Right by Kalemegdan and Knez Mihailova: the closest you can stay to the venue, with the old town on your doorstep.

Most affordable

Great value, great reviews

A little further from the fortress, but excellent prices, excellent reviews, and easy taxis and public transport.

Higher end

Something special

The two finest hotels in Belgrade, both in the old centre.

Getting there

Travel

Flying

Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport (BEG) is 25–35 minutes from the centre. Use the official taxi desk in arrivals (fixed zone prices) or the A1 minibus to Slavija.

Getting to the venue

Tell your taxi driver to take you to Kalemegdanska Terasa (or just “Kalemegdan restaurant”). They'll know exactly where to go, and can drop you off right in front.

Leaving the venue

When you're ready to head home, the staff at the venue's front desk will be happy to call a taxi for you.
